Itā€™s twenty-eight days later and Iā€™m back for a recap of the Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Night Cream that Iā€™ve been trying out! No video this time, just a post. I have been actively using it while paired with the Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Eye Cream while travelling to California and back, then on our four-day road trip home.

In that time, I also turned 39. I was talking to Mike on the long drive home about how I am really lazy when it comes down to taking care of my skin and that I guess I better start. I vividly remember my mom and her ritualistic night creams when I was younger and I guess itā€™s my turn to start. Better late than never! Am I the only one who has these vivid memories of their Momā€™s love for night cream? To this day, she still takes care of her skin nightly.

I think that the Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Night Cream is doing a good job on the skin donā€™t you? Hereā€™s a non-photoshopped photo of my eye area this morning. Not bad for 39, eh?

A recap of the product details:

The cream contains 7 active ingredients that are powerful alone yet transformative together such as Hyaluronic acid, LHA and Lavender Essential Oil and the texture is auto-smoothing for anti-aging results and doesnā€™t transfer onto your pillow. Of course, you are going to get the best results using nightly with Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Eye Cream as well. You can buy both of them in retail stores across Canada, avg. retail price $24.99 CAN.

I was fortunate enough to be drawn as a winner, and I had purchased
the night cream prior to receiving my goodies based on Karlynn’s first
review.  I was in the market for a more “budget friendly” face cream, since I give Sephora far too much of my $$$.  I too have sensitive skin, so there’s always some nerves with trying new product
on my demanding skin.  These Alberta winters always leave my face
thirsty and ruddy… the last lady who colour tested foundation on me,
made a face then recommended some heavy duty serums, lol.  When I tried
the sleeping cream for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised at how
smooth the application is, even though the cream is quite dense in
consistency, and it was truly hydrating with no residue remaining in the
morning.  I also experienced the joy of trying something new, and
having my face love it and embrace the change, rather than rebel and
break out. I’ve just had the joy of trying the eye cream as well, I
usually limit my eye cream at night, because many have me retaining a
bit too much hydration in my lids, and I wake up looking like a googly-eyed goldfish.  This gel eye cream
is absolute heaven and my eyes just drink it right up, my new coworkers
refuse to believe I’m almost 39 due to this fine-line eraser… now I
can’t stop using it :).  A big thank you for the prize, it’s nice to
have two jars of night cream in the house, because it was gonna be war
if my husband kept stealing my cream for himself!

Really liked the feel and texture of the night cream made my skin really soft. Also liked the eye cream. Neither one felt really greasy!! Would definitely use again!!!

I was one of the lucky winners. Like you, I have uber sensitive skin and although the night cream is a bit more perfumey than I prefer, it isn’t so over powering that I hate it. I’ve used it and really liked the creamy, yet non-greasy feel to it. The eye cream is my fave though. No smell whatsoever, no burn’y feeling and non-greasy as well. I haven’t had it long enough to experience a change in my skin as of yet.

BTW, next time you come through the High River area from some exotic location (i.e. Lethbridge ;)), I’ll have to tour you around the scrumptious delis and coffee shops!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well my skin felt almost immediately after applying the night cream. It was lightweight and the wrinkles in the area seemed to minimize right before my eyes.  Awesome product!  Thanks so much for the samples.
