Ooops I did it again. Another sweet treat for camping. I can’t help it, I absolutely love a sweet treat at the end of the night and I’m kinda tired of marshmallows. I also like fast and easy, because I don’t have my full kitchen and pantry out at the lake and yet I still want something that’s gonna rock my socks.
Why hello, Oreo Cinnamon Buns done in a skillet. My hips may not like you but oh, I sure do <3 <3 <3
Can we say easy?
Take a tube of pre-made cinnamon buns.
Roll the cinnamon buns open, spread cream cheese and Oreo’s inside, then roll up again.
I’m pretty sure you won’t be asking for that 5 whole minutes back when you taste these babies.
Why do Oreo’s make EVERYTHING BETTER? Why can’t they be diet food, I mean, please?
If I could pick any sweet to be healthy for you, it might just be Oreo’s. I could live off them. There’s chocolate in the cookie part and then the filling? Vanilla bliss.
Now, I DO have a few healthy camping recipes too, check out these beauties!
My Tex Mex White Bean Chicken Packets. Healthy and delicious! Most importantly, so healthy you can have a cinnamon bun for dessert 😉
Cook them right over the campfire!
My Curry & Honey BBQ Roasted Corn with husks. An amazing new twist on corn on the cob!
These aren’t healthy but they are AMAZING!! These Apple Pie French Toast Rolls are so easy and so decadent! Make them right on the campfire!
SO.
If YOU could choose one junk food to be healthy, what would it be? Chips? Chocolate? Licorice? Oh, dare to dream!
Happy cooking everyone!
Love you more than Oreo’s,
Karlynn

How long did it take on the fire? I’m trying this this morning, and it’s been on the great for about 20 minutes…
