This is my favorite way to eat shrimp, bar none and it’s so easy it’s almost painful. All you need is shrimp and your favorite sweet chili sauce.
It can’t get easier unless you don’t cook the shrimp and drink the sauce and hey, each to their own. Who am I to judge?
Whether it’s raw or pre-cooked shrimp, if I’ve said it once I will say it again, rinse rinse rinse those suckers before you cook them.
Toss them in a frying pan with as much sweet chili sauce as you want and cook them up until they are a delicate pink shade.
Pair them with whatever you would like, I had Brussel sprouts with mine, a delicious match.
I can’t believe August is coming to an end, where has the summer gone? Between playdates, splashparks, swimming lessons and the summer day camp for the kids, this month has been full of amazing adventures.
I can’t wait to see what the fall brings!
Love,
