I am SO CHICKEN and second guess myself to the point where I am scared to eat them! I love photographing them, picking and identifying (somewhat) but the eating ….. and yes, foraging next summer for sure. We can go into renal failure together.

Had the most killer mushroom cream sauce with agaricus arvensis on Friday. Looks like we might have to have a mushroom foraging date next summer.
