A delicious stout-based drink comprised of Guinness with mint chocolate ice cream.

Guinness
or another stout
2
scoops
mint chocolate ice cream

tbsp
chocolate syrup

tbsp
whipped cream

tbsp
chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Separate the first can of Guinness into two glasses.
Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each glass.
Top each glass with the second can of Guinness split between the two.
Top each glass with whipped cream.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkles and serve.
(Optional) Garnish with mint.
