Ingredients

cups
of large flake oats NOT instant or quick

cups
Vanilla Kefir
2
tablespoons
maple syrup
2
tablespoons
chia seeds
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
salt

large apples peeled and diced

tablespoons
brown sugar
1-2
tablespoons
maple syrup
1/4
cup
water
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon

tablespoon
cornstarch
Instructions
Combine the first six ingredients together in a large measuring cup. Divide evenly between 4 mason jars (or containers of choice).
Combine the apples, sugar, syrup and cinnamon in a medium sized sauce pan.
Cook until the apples have softened to your liking.
Whisk the cornstarch and water together, then add to the pot.
Stir to make a sauce. Remove from the stove and cool completely.
Spoon the apple mixture over the oatmeal. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Eat and enjoy in the morning!
