Party Pinwheels
Practically the perfect party food, party pinwheels are filled with a cream cheese mixture and your favorite veggies all rolled up ready to serve as a light snack at a party.

Ingredients
Two
8 ounce packages cream cheese
(softened)
One
1 ounce package ranch dressing mix
2
green onions
(minced)
4
flour tortillas
(12 inch) (Can use colored ones)
¼
cup
red bell pepper
(diced small)
¼
cup
green bell pepper
(diced small)
½
cup
celery
(diced small)
¼
cup
sliced black olives
(diced)
½
cup
cheddar cheese
(grated)
Instructions
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions.
Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
Sprinkle red and green pepper, celery, black olives, and cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap
Chill 2 hours or overnight.
Cut off the ends of the rolls and discard. Slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch wide slices and serve.
Notes
You can customize these to your guests preferences making them totally vegetarian or you can even add a slice of turkey or ham when preparing them!
Using different flavored tortillas such as sundried tomato, jalapeno cheese, or spinach will bring something a little extra to your Party Pinwheels!
