Instructions
Prepare the strawberry puree recipe. Set aside 1/4 cup for this recipe. Freeze any extra puree for recipes in the future.
In a large bowl, place the puree, whipping cream, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat at high speed until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
Use to fill up eclairs, top cakes and desserts.
