Swedish Creme with Summer Berries
A custardy, dense, lightly sweet and tasty dessert that is also super simple and decadent – what's not to like?

Ingredients

cup
sour cream
½
cup
white sugar
½
cup
plain yogurt
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
Orange Extract
(Or 3 TBSP Grand Marnier®)

cups
whipping cream
2
cups
fresh strawberries
cleaned, hulled and sliced
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the sour cream, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, orange Extract (or Orange Liqueur.)
In a medium deep bowl, whip the whipping cream until light and fluffy and soft peaks form- about 3-5 minutes.
Slowly fold the prepared whipped cream into the sour cream mixture.
Pour the cream mixture into tall clear fancy dessert dishes and layer your favorite fruits in 1 or two layers depending on how tall the glasses are.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
When ready to serve, also top with sliced strawberries, raspberries or your favorite fresh summer fruit! Enjoy!
Notes
You can also shave chocolate curls on top for a little extra garnish!
