The Perfect Bellini Recipe
A fruity and fantastic Peach Bellini. Combining Prosecco, Peach purée, and some peach schnapps to kick it up a notch makes for the perfect bellini recipe.

Peach Puree

peaches
frozen

Peach Bellini

peach puree

Peach Schnapps

Prosecco
Instructions
Peach Puree
Combine 1 cup of frozen peaches and 1/2 cup of water in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Peach Bellini
Add 1 ounce of peach schnapps and 1/4 cup of peach puree to each glass.
Top with Prosecco.
Serve.
